"Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities: Progress For All"

IN order to build a great democratic, just, fair and humane society, it is of utmost importance to arouse the broad masses of our people to join the struggle that will ensure "equal rights, equal opportunities and progress for all".

Genuine equality between women and men, girls and boys can only be realized in the process of a just, fair and humane transformation of our society as a whole. There is need to educate ourselves and others to take a more correct view of women and to actively redress the injustices done to women in all our institutions - the Church, state and family. Women are a backbone of our families and play major roles in our economy, especially in rural areas. The life and health of women are of central importance to the future development of our nation. This being the case, the calls for the true empowering of women to enable them to participate in decision making in our society need to be heeded. And men should be more involved in promoting women's rights. Advancement will not go very far unless women and girls are enabled to enjoy the same rights and opportunities as men and boys. Women must be represented at decision-making levels in both economics and politics, to sustain ably achieve development goals. Women also have the right and duty to take part in the political and administrative work of our nation. Women possess full equality and dignity and have a significant role to play in the affairs of our country. Woman is the creator of a courage that will never abandon the suffering. Woman is more defenseless physically. This fact points out the singular barbarity of their being subjected to domestic violence and to the criminal activities of rapists. It shows that barbarity for what it is.

This realization demands a total rupture with the prevailing patriarchal system in order to build an egalitarian society. The women's struggle is deeply connected with efforts of all the poor who are struggling for their uplift in all aspects of life.

"Reflection"

They say that I.C.T. is easy but for me is not totally easy because I haven't no idea about this. Second grading period of I.C.T.-IV is over but, still I am not contented, I am not satisfied for my performances.
I was very busy in this grading period because of  many activities like the GSP. So, sometimes I can not attended my   classes in I.C.T. and sometime I can not concentrate in my study. Day by day when ma'am Vera Cruz saw me she told me to do my blogs before the second grading ends. So, by this time only this reflection I can do now, then later on I finished all my blogs in second grading period of I.C.T..
Because I.C.T. is very important, through this we get more information about what we want to know in our country not only in the Philippines but also in the world. I hope that next grading period of I.C.T. I will do better than this grading.

All these days, our world are now in the world of technology, we said. And we say that many of our needs are made up of technology. This means, technology is applied science. So, science contain may parts like chemistry. That means, chemistry is science that deals with the composition and properties of substances and it is the composition and chemical properties of a substances. Science is a branch of systematic study especially of the physical world. Synergy is synergism-interaction of different things so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of individual effects.
Chemistry help us to improve our daily lives, it can give us to do work for our everyday life. We are all scientist because science can not create without us. When we can not do things like high technology like computers and other related to chemistry. we can not called this science. "MY TEACHER, MY HERO"

Education is one of the greatest gift that a person can ever receive, which is very important to anybody. A teachers' role becomes very significant since they are considered as one of the nation builders. The failure or the success of the nation lies on them.
"A teacher is like a candle that burn itself to light the way of others". Teachers serve as the second parent of students so they should have the qualities of a role model person for us to become a better one in the future. They motivate us to be productive and responsible citizen of our country.
I love my teachers and I am very proud of them because they guide and teach me to hone my skills and talents, to become a disciplined person, to respect others especially in taking care of my family and friends. They are ready to lend their hands in times of need, even if their students cannot cope up with their lessons, pass the activities, assignments and projects on time they can still understand and have been considerate. We can tell and trust our problems to them and ready to give pieces of advice. They inspire us to strive for our goals.
So, it is right to give due recognition to the endless sacrifices, dedication, commitment and hard work that our teachers are giving us, not only during "Teachers Month Celebration" but all through out. "MY TEACHERS ARE MY HEROES".

MODERN DAY HERO

Many people, ordinary heroes have their own capacities to save the needy. Modern day heroes are not find but we can saw them. Modern heroes are those who are give a opportunity to the people who needs help.
For me, parents are one of the hero in our country because thet can work hard for the needs of their children and they give all what they can do for the good and care the family so that the family they can built will become happyu forever. Artist also, are considered as one of the heroes. If the artist have a good heart or blessing that they have, they can also share it like giving donations for the needies. Tricycle drivers or any kind of drivers like buses, vans or jeepny's in our country are honest because if there are passanger lost their things on the cars, the driver of that car gave it to the owner of that thing or he gave it to the radio media to found who was the owner of that thing.

STATE OF THE NATION ADDRESS

State of the Nation address is an event in the Republic of the Philippines, which the President report on the status of the Nation. This is done on July 25, 2011.
All Filipino's watched the State of the Nation Address (SONA) of our President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino. We have heard again about the "wang-wang" that he include on his (SONA) again. That wang-wang had come to symbolize abuse of autority. It was routinely use by public officials of violate traffic laws, in conniencing and no one else's mattered. Instead of behaving like public servants, they acted like kings. This privilege was extended to their cronies and patrons, who moved along the streets as if they were aristocracy, independent to those who were forced to give way and left behind. Abusing privilege despite promising to serve this is the wang-wang mindset; this is the mindset of entitlement.

He tooked also about education, for the good of our schools. For us, like me a student, this is very important that we had heard the SONA of us to knew how could he support our schools in our county.

ISULONG ANG BREASTFEEDING TAMA, SAPAT AT EKSKLUSIBO

They say that, "BREAST MILK IS THE BEST FOR BABY". So that, breast milk is the nutritious milk for baby, because this milk is came from a mother. A baby will become healty, and strong because of the mother's milk. If the mother eat nutritiuos food the baby will become bigger and the weight will become heavier. And when the mother give her baby a right food, the baby become more healthy and active. If a mother fed her baby, the mother give support to her baby if she would do that. But now a day many mother don't do this because of the products produce by many company's in our country or the commertial milk.
Breast milk is very important because the babby will prevent many diseases. The mother also save money if her own breast milk give to her baby.
